Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bd445 ("bd445", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bd445 online gaming platform available at bd445.app.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

3.2 Account Security

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bd445 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bd445 supports a range of local payment methods designed to make deposits and withdrawals fast, convenient, and accessible to players across all regions of Bangladesh.

4.2 Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit on bd445 is ৳200 via mobile money (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposits via bank transfer may differ — please refer to the deposit page for current limits. There is no maximum deposit limit set by bd445, however your payment provider may impose its own daily transaction limits.

Deposits are credited to your bd445 account in real time for mobile money transactions under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to appear depending on the processing times of the originating bank. bd445 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to clear.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. bd445 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.

bd445 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your payment provider are separate and are your responsibility to understand before initiating a transaction.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bd445 takes its anti-money laundering obligations seriously. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. bd445 reserves the right to withhold, freeze, or return funds if there is a reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Players may be required to provide documentation explaining the source of deposited funds in such circumstances.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

Where there is a conflict between this general policy and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses offered by bd445 are subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in that promotion's specific terms. The standard wagering requirement on bd445 deposit bonuses is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳20,000 before the bonus balance and any associated winnings become withdrawable).

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Gameplay & Fair Use

In cases where a technical error originates with a third-party provider, bd445 will liaise with the relevant provider to resolve the dispute and communicate the outcome to the affected player within 72 hours.

Sports betting markets on bd445 are subject to additional rules specific to the relevant sport and event type. bd445 reserves the right to void a bet on any match or event that is suspended, cancelled, or materially altered (for example, a cricket match abandoned due to weather) in accordance with the specific sport's applicable rules. • Failure to pass age verification or identity verification (KYC) requirements
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or financial crime
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or collusion strategies
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour directed at bd445 staff or other players
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request

8.2 Account Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your bd445 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no active bonus wagering requirements are pending. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by bd445 or by the player — access to the platform is revoked immediately. Any bonus balance at the time of closure is forfeited.
